We are an international network of coaches with diverse specializations coming together to support people dealing with the consequences of the war in Ukraine. We do so without remuneration.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Book a session below. 
2. Your coach will send you an email.
3. Meet your coach online at the time selected and he/she will guide you through the session.

WHAT TO EXPECT
The sessions aim to provide a safe space to talk, relieve stress, work through overwhelm and deal with any situation present for the client. The session is typically one hour long.

WHO IS IT FOR
Ukrainian refugees, volunteers and all others who are affected by the war.

WHO WE ARE AND WHO WE ARE NOT
We are coaches that use our specific life and professional experiences to help the client, for the highest good of all. At the moment, as a group, we are not psychologists, psychotherapists or professionals in crisis intervention nor should we be perceived as such. We can't directly help clients with paperwork, housing or job search.

Doing What Matters in Times of Stress: An Illustrated Guide is a stress management guide for coping with adversity. The guide aims to equip people with practical skills to help cope with stress. A few minutes each day are enough to practice the self-help techniques. The guide can be used alone or with the accompanying audio exercises.

Informed by evidence and extensive field testing, the guide is for anyone who experiences stress, wherever they live and whatever their circumstances.
